Nelson Shipping Services Ltd is a high quality supplier to
shipping using the ports of Nelson and Picton. We have provided a
complete provedoring/chandlery service since the late 1990's,
covering all areas of provisioning, technical, engineering and
bonded stores.
We have expanded this service to provide a similar
consolidation service to the hospitality industry and community
groups, and through our sister Company, New Zealand Shipping
Services Ltd, provide a local freight forwarding service to
Marlborough businesses and private customers.
NZ Shipping Services
New Zealand Shipping Services Ltd has been in operation since
the 1940's. Previously known as B.J. McSherry Ltd, the company
was renamed in 2009 to better capture the nature of our business,
following our diversification into the complimentary business of
freight forwarding.
The Company has been best known as a high quality supplier to the
shipping industry for many years prior to our
diversification.
Ship supplies, and supplies to our land based customers, and
freight forwarding are our core business. Our business
activities can be best summed up as we can supply anyone with
just about anything whether they are a ship, resort or community
group and we can arrange to get it to them where ever they are in
the world.
Alternatively if you have a product, plant or goods you
need to move we can get it to wherever you need it to be.

CFI Maritime Ltd is a consulting company specialising in
maritime and freight consulting. With extensive industry,
government and educational experience our consultants provide
advice on everything from process design to policy development
and testing to introductory seminars on working with the shipping
and freight industries.
